PRICING - Bee-Bee Designs reserves the right to change within reason, any pricing in the case of suppliers increasing cost of materials. However, the cost at the time of producing each individual piece will remain as shown against each item, unless sale prices are applied and in this case will be less than original price shown.
QUALITY - As semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls are natural products, colours, shapes and sizes may vary slightly. Some silver pieces will also display a particular uniqueness. This is due to certain pieces being handmade and adds to the charm and individuality. If you are not satisfied with this, please contact me by selecting 'Talk To Me'.
DELIVERY - Orders will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. If your order is urgent or is required to be delivered on a Saturday, just let me know by e-mail, and I will do my best to meet your needs. Most items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service (see below), however if your order value is greater than £50 it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured and tracked, and this also requires a signature on delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to any factors beyond my control.

EXCHANGE POLICY - I am happy to exchange unwanted items. Simply follow the procedure below for returns and remember to contact me with your alternative choice.
RETURNS POLICY - I hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Bee-Bee Designs. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods by return post and I will be happy to offer a refund, less deductions for P&P. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Damaged or broken items must be reported on day of receipt; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights. The goods must be returned, with proof of purchase. When returning items you MUST contact me first. When returning items you are strongly recommended to return by same method of posting (Recorded or Special) and provide tracking details, as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. EU Hygiene regulations mean that I am unable to exchange or refund earrings.
